Nature of work
From September 29 to October 11, 2025, various restoration works are scheduled, including the relocation of streetlights, basin regrading, the addition of embankments, and the installation of permanent fencing.
To carry out these works, a full closure of the bike path bordering Panama station, between Philippines Street and Taschereau Boulevard, will be necessary.
For safety reasons, a detour and appropriate signage will be in place.

Impacts and mitigation measures:
The objective of the REM project office and the NouvLR consortium is to minimize impacts on nearby residents and ensure everyone’s safety by implementing appropriate measures.
- Noise, vibrations, and dust may be generated during the work period.
- The bike path between Philippines Street and Taschereau Boulevard will be closed for the entire duration of the work. Access to Panama station will remain available.
