Fairview Avenue Closure | Road work

Nature of the work : 

Various works are planned from April 14 to May 26, 2025, on Fairview Avenue between the service road of Highway 40 West and the entrance to Cadillac Fairview : rehabilitation of the water supply network, installation of streetlights and traffic light bases, modification of the entrance to the shopping center, installation of curbs, sidewalks, and paving.

Detour routes and signage will be in place.

Impacts and mitigation measures:  

The objective of the REM project office and the NouvLR consortium is to mitigate the impacts on residents and ensure everyone's safety by implementing appropriate measures.

• Noise, vibrations, and dust may be generated by these works.
• Access to businesses will be always maintained during the works.
