Nature of work:
To allow the rehabilitation of the central section of the Alfred-Nobel boulevard, between Hymus boulevard and Marie-Curie Avenue, a complete obstruction of Alfred-Nobel boulevard is necessary. The northbound lane (toward Highway 40) will be closed between Marie-Curie Avenue and ABB.
This obstruction will begin on March 18, 2024, for approximately three weeks.
Impacts and attenuation measures:
The objective of the REM office project office and the NouvLR consortium is to mitigate the impacts and ensure the safety of all, by implementing appropriate measures.
- A detour will be set up via Marie-Curie Avenue, Frederick-Banting Street, Av. André and the Blvd. Hymus to maintain traffic in the area. The appropriate signage will be installed to inform drivers.
- Noise, dust, and trucking will be caused by this work.
