Obstruction of a portion of Highway 15 South – Île-des-Sœurs station

Nature of the work

The Île-des-Sœurs station will be located in the centre of Highway 15. In order to carry out the work required for its construction, a work area must be set up near the site.

Impacts and mitigation measures

• Closure of a portion of the left lane of Highway 15 South near the future Île‑des‑Sœurs station. The highway’s three existing lanes will be maintained following a change in configuration.
• Closure of one lane of the Bonaventure Expressway on-ramp for Highway 15 South.

The obstruction will be in place from September 25 at 11 p.m. to September 28 at 5 a.m., resulting in:

• The closure of access points from Île-des-Sœurs to Highway 15 South, including Champlain Bridge Street.
• A detour via Île-des-Sœurs Blvd. and the Bonaventure Expressway to reach Highway 15 South.
