Obstruction – Water pipes repair work

Nature of work : 

Pipeline repair work is ongoing, for approximately 3 weeks, to ensure proper water management in the area.

To accomplish this, these works will require a complete closure of a portion of Chemin du Tour. Please note that at no time will access to nearby residences be restricted.

Additionally, occasional excavation will take place during the duration of the work.

 

Impacts and mitigation measures :

• Noise, trucking and dust may be noticeable. The teams have been made aware of the management of their equipment in order to minimize the potential impact.
• Adequate signage will be in place to clearly indicate the detour route.
• An environmental monitoring will be deployed by environmental experts.
