
Relocation of a storm sewer, Kirkland

Nature of the work
Work to relocate a storm sewer will begin on February 15, in the service road of Highway 40 West, near Chemin Sainte-Marie.
The work should take one month. During this time:
- The left shoulder of the Chemin Sainte-Marie overpass will be closed westbound.
- A protected pedestrian path will be built on the Chemin Sainte-Marie overpass.
Complete closure on the service road from February 19 to 22
On the weekend of February 19 to 22, the work will also result in the complete closure of a section of the westbound service road between Houde and Jean-Yves streets. During that weekend, Exit 49 (Chemin Sainte-Marie) will be closed westbound.
Alternative routes will be indicated via road signs:
- Exit 50 (Saint-Charles Boulevard ): detour via Houde Street, Elkas Boulevard and Jean-Yves Street
- Exit 49 closed (Chemin Sainte-Marie)
- Exit 44 (Morgan Boulevard): Take Chemin Sainte-Marie eastbound
