WORK POSTPONED - Sandblasting work on the Cedars Street portico - Alternating traffic

The planned work has been postponed.  Stay tuned for further developments.

Nature of work:

In order to proceed with the cleaning of the railway structure, high pressure sandblasting work will take place from November 10 to November 16 and from 7 to 9, between 7 am and 5 pm.  This cleaning will allow the application of an anti-graffiti sealant.

Flagmen will be present to maintain vehicular traffic and access for pedestrians and cyclists will remain possible.

Impacts and Mitigation Measures: 

The objective of the EMN project office and the NouvLR consortium is to mitigate the impacts on local residents and to ensure the safety of everyone by implementing appropriate measures. 

• Significant noise and dust will be generated by this work. A follow-up will be carried out by our environmental experts.
