Repair of the concrete facades and steel framing, as well as painting work.
Impacts and mitigation measures
- Complete closure of Ottawa Street during the construction period;
- Access to New City Gas will be maintained by Ann Street;
- Use of temporary acoustic barriers;
- A program to monitor and supervise noise.
