Obstructions - Edouard-Montpetit Station connection to municipal networks

Nature of work

To continue construction of the Édouard Montpetit station, the next step is to connect the station to the various municipal networks. This will require a three-week shutdown starting July 3rd, 2023.

Impacts and mitigation measures

• This work will be carried out in several phases and will require a complete closure of avenue Vincent-d'Indy between avenue. Perham and boulevard Mont-Royal. Appropriate signage will be in place to indicate the detours to pedestrians and motorists. The planned detours will also be located on avenue Claude-Champagne to the north and avenue Decelles to the south.
• Noise, vibrations and dust may be generated by this work. Mitigation measures and regular expert monitoring will be put in place.
• Detours will be in place for pedestrians and cyclists during the construction period.
• Bus stops can be relocated by the STM.
