Transformation of the level crossing on Henri-Dunant Street - Alternating traffic from 9 am to 3 pm until the end of April
Nature of the work
The transformation of the Henri Dunant Street crossing will continue with the installation of the retaining walls on both sides of the viaduct and the installation of the bridge curbs this spring.
The next phase to be started will be the construction of the curbs as well as the post-tensioning work (consists of the tensioning of cables after the concrete has been poured by means of anchors).
An alternating traffic flow, with flagmen present, is planned for this purpose on Henri-Dunant Street, from April 7 to 29, between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. (adjusted schedule during off-peak hours), between 14th and 15th Avenues. Pedestrians will be able to circulate with the help of flagmen.
Impacts and Mitigation Measures
- The work may generate noise and vibrations.
- Acoustic panels will be installed in the work zone to reduce noise.
