Preparatory work in the Bois-de-Liesse area
Construction activities
Beginning April 6th, for approximately 3 weeks
Centre of Montréal
This mobilization will serve to create entries on the south side of the railway tracks for the construction site of future tracks and infrastructure.
Nature of the work
- Site clean-up, branch removal, tree and shrub cutting
- Commercial timber recovery
- Work area demarcation
Impact
- While this work will be done within the Deux-Montagnes line right-of-way, it will not affect the regular commuter train service
- Manual cutting equipment will be used to minimize the noise-related effects of the work
