Work during the nights of 15 and 16 September

Nature of work: 

Overnight work is required and scheduled for two consecutive nights outside Canora Station, on Monday, September 15 and Tuesday, September 16, to change the window glazing above the tracks.  Due to the ongoing dynamic tests and for the safety of workers, this work will have to take place at night.

To carry out this work, a crane will have to be mobilized on site. The teams will try to move the equipment as early as possible in the evening to avoid noise pollution during the night as much as possible.

Impacts and mitigations measures : 

• Noise and light might be noticeable. The teams have been made aware of the management of their equipment in order to minimize the potential impact.
• Environmental monitoring will be deployed by environmental experts.
