Regulations concerning transit fares
To use the REM transit services, you must respect the provisions of the ARTM Regulations on transit fares, as laid out in article 69 of the REM Regulations on behaviour and safety standards.
Fares and transit passes
A valid and validated ticket is required throughout your journey.

Consequences of infringement
If you infringe upon the Regulations on transit fares, you are committing an infraction and are liable to be fined $150 to $500 (for a natural person), plus applicable fees.
In the event of a repeat offence, fines will be doubled.
