Waterproofing work on the future Central Station

Nature of the work

Waterproofing work must be carried out on the platforms of the Central Station before installing the new railway infrastructure on which the REM will run.

This work will take place from the first week of February, mostly at night between 8 p.m. and 5 a.m., and will continue over a period of about four months.

Impacts and mitigation measures

• An odour may be noticeable around the work area. This odour does not pose any health risk to local residents.
• This work will generate noise and dust. Attention will be paid to site maintenance and mitigation measures may be added as required to complement those already in place.
• This work will be carried out at night to limit the impacts.
