Work on the REM in the centre of Highway 10: complete closure of a section of Highway 10 West

Nature of the work
In Brossard, the REM will run down the middle of Highway 10 and will be served by three stations. To continue the work on the overpass above the CN tracks, Malo Avenue and Leduc Boulevard, as well as other facilities located in the centre of Highway 10, an obstruction of Highway 10 West will be required during the weekend of July 17, 2020.
Impacts and mitigation measures
- Starting on Friday, July 24 at 10 p.m. until Sunday, July 26 at 6 a.m., several major traffic obstructions will be put in place:
- Complete closure of Highway 10 West from exit ramp 11 (Highway 30)
- Closure of the Highway 10 West ramp onto Highway 10 West
- Closure of the Highway 30 ramps to Highway 10 West
- Closure of Leduc Blvd. in the Highway 10 sector from Friday at midnight to Saturday at 7 a.m.
- Appropriate signage will be installed and a detour will be provided via Highway 30 West, route 104 (chemin de St-Jean) and Taschereau Blvd.
