Nature of work:
Rehabilitation work in the Ville-de-Mont-Royal station sector continues with the paving of Cornwall Avenue at the intersection of Canora Street. To do this, a portion of Cornwall Avenue and Canora Street will be completely closed from August 11, 10:00 pm to August 12, 7:00 pm. This work is conditional on weather conditions and may be delayed or postponed.
Impacts and mitigation measures:
- A contraflow detour on Laird Bridge will be in place for the duration of the obstruction.
- The pedestrian and bicycle crossing will be maintained on the Cornwall Bridge, one side at a time.
- Flaggers and signage around the obstruction site will ensure pedestrian safety and traffic flow.
