Obstruction on Anthony Street

Nature of the work:

In order to complete water main connection work, a partial obstruction of a portion of Anthony Street will be required.

This obstruction will be in place from Wednesday, August 31 to Friday, September 2. Although the work will take place during the day, between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m., this portion of Anthony Street will remain closed to car traffic for the full duration of the obstruction.

Impacts and mitigation measures:

• A partial lane closure on Anthony Street will be required for the duration of the work. Alternating traffic will be maintained with temporary traffic lights.
• A parking ban will also be in place on both sides of the street for the duration of the work.
• The sidewalk will remain accessible for pedestrians at all times.
• The work may generate noise and dust. Our environmental specialists will monitor the situation.
