Work on the road lighting system in the Sainte-Dorothée area

Nature of the work:

To finalize work on the road lighting system near the future Sainte-Dorothée station, several partial traffic barriers (with alternating traffic signals) are expected on the Street of the Railway and on a portion of Avenue des Bois starting in mid-March.

To minimize the impact on traffic, the work phases will be as follows:

• Avenue des Bois: March 15, 25 to 29*
• Railway Street: March 13 to 14, March 18 to 22*

At all times, users are encouraged to follow the signage in place as construction is completed. 

Impacts and mitigation measures:

• The sector is expected to experience a potential slowdown in traffic.
• Pedestrians and cyclists will be able to walk on the multi-purpose track at any time, in the presence of a signalist.
• Dust and noise may be caused by this work, that will me be monitored by our environmental experts..
