How does electric car parking work?

7.2 kW charging stations are available to REM users at a cost of $10 per charge. The charging stations are located in the free parking zone.

Reserved spaces for recharging electric cars 

  • Parking spaces are reserved for users who wish to recharge their electric vehicles at REM stations. The cost of recharging is a flat fee of $10.
  • These parking spaces are reserved exclusively for recharging electric vehicles. Penalties apply to anyone contravening this regulation.
  • Stations can be activated via the Electric Circuit application.
