What should I do if I lose something in the REM?

If you lose an item, please contact the REM customer service centre at Montréal’s Central Station.

All items found on the REM are brought to the customer service centre located at the REM station, on the platform level of Central Station.

You might have to wait three business days for the item to be sorted and made available to be collected.

Customer service centre business hours:

Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
