Obstruction of traffic in the 9th Avenue area - Paving and roadway profiling

Nature of work:

Pavement profiling and paving work will take place in the 9th Avenue area from October 16 to 27, north of Boulevard du Lac, depending on weather conditions. 

In order to facilitate the smooth running of operations and to complete this phase of work as quickly as possible, residents are asked not to park on the weekday street, from Monday to Friday between October 16 and 27, between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m., but to use an alternative parking lot made available on a temporary basis and indicated on the map below. 

Motorized traffic will not be possible during site operation hours, except in emergencies. Pedestrians will be able to circulate via a corridor secured by flagmen. Local vehicular traffic and access to residences will remain possible from 4 p.m. to 7 a.m.

Impacts and mitigation measures : 

This work will generate significant noise. Monitoring will be carried out by our environmental experts.
