Plan your trip: REM planned service disruptions in 2025
We pass a number of milestones in 2025, on the way to commissioning the next network service. Here we present the main construction stages coming up, their effects on REM service between Brossard Station and Gare Centrale, and the bus shuttles in service during service interruptions.

Fall 2025: Dry runs and commissioning
No effect expected
The last testing phase is for dry runs. The REM is run as if it were in service at the same frequency as in the regular schedule, but without passengers. Dry runs are an opportunity to test that control and safety systems are working properly and serve as a kind of dress rehearsal for rider support teams before the line is in service.
Dry runs will not affect the section of the network between Brossard Station and Gare Centrale. Passengers coming from Brossard will have to get off at Gare Centrale and the train will continue on and join the testing. When the section of the network doing dry runs is ready for commissioning, we can open the next stations.
